Expert meeting to discuss EU and Russian understating of hazardous substances concept and management will be held on 24th November 2009 in Riga, Latvia.

Participants are the main experts from European Union and Russia in chemical management.

The main goal of meeting is a comparison between EU and Russian chemicals management systems and discussion about Glossary of terms and definitions made in the frame of projects “Control of Hazardous substances in the Baltic Sea region (COHIBA)” and “Capacity-building in North West Russia on hazardous substance management (CapChemRu)”.
